My Account

  • Click the Forgot your password? link and enter your the email address you used to subscribe. A new password will automatically be sent to your email account. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

  • You can review or update your user info on the "My Account" page, once you log in.

  • You can review or update your settings on the "My Account" page once you log in. You may also change your settings by clicking the "Manage My Account" link located at the bottom of every email we send.

  • IE7+, and the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We also support all smart mobile phones and tablets.

  • Yes. Unless you have an IP-restricted subscription, you can log in to aerith.com from any computer at any time. However, you cannot be logged on from multiple locations at the same time.

  • First, make sure that you are entering your username and password with the correct capitalization and no extra spaces.

    If the problem persists, you can click the Forgot your password? link and enter your username and e-mail address. A new password will automatically be sent to your email account.

    If you don’t remember your username, you may enter the email address associated with your account, and your username will be emailed to that address. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

    Based on your computer’s browser settings, it is sometimes possible that your computer is remembering an old password. To correct this, we suggest that you clear your cookies, launch a new browser, and try logging in again. Click here for detailed instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies for your browser.

    Now launch a new browser and go to our home page www.roubini.com. Type your new username and password and click the Login button.
